After you’re comfortable with the introduction to yoga you can move into a beginner class. This course is designed to help you develop more strength, poses, and flexibility.
This class is appropriate for students who have never done yoga, those in need of a refresher, and students who enjoy a step-by-step breakdown of individual postures. This class focuses on a the safe practice of fundamental yoga poses, basic flows and important stretches.

The Open Flow class is the next step in your yoga evolution. It will build on what you have learned in the beginner class, such as arm balances, varioius head and forearm stands, more difficult flows, etc. This class is designed for those that are curious to learning more about what yoga has to offer physically and spiritually.
